  • Offer valid exclusively for HSBC cardholders on locally issued credit cards ("Cardholders") only. 
  • Cardholders should settle the total bill via HSBC credit card(s) to be eligible for the offer. 
  • The minimum transaction value to be eligible for this Promotion shall be LKR 10,000/- and the maximum transaction value shall be LKR 1,000,000/-. 
  • Cardholders must request the transaction conversion to 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 month instalment plan via https://www.hsbc.lk/flexi within 60 days from the transaction date or connect via www.hsbc.lk/webchatservice for more details. 
  • Each Cardholder will be able to convert only two transactions under 3 or 6 months’ tenure as a flexi 0% transaction every month from each category during the Promotional Period. However any amount of transactions can be converted to 12, 24 and 36 months installment plan. 
  • The eligible transaction can be converted to a 3 or 6-month installment plan at 0% interest and to a 12-month, 24-month and 36-month instalment plan at 5.00%, 11.00% and 18.50% handling fee respectively. 
  • The bank assumes no responsibility for the quality of ser vice/products provided by any of the suppliers. 
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this offer. 
  • The general credit card terms and conditions of HSBC shall apply to this Offer. 
  • HSBC at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify, change or withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions, herein contained, applicable to this Offer at any time without notice to the Cardholders. 
  • If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of HSBC shall be final and conclusive. 
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Sri Lanka and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka.
